The traditional view of this verse, irritates me. A lot.
Matthew 18:20 “For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”
- I’m fused to heaven.
- The Holy Spirit dwells IN me.
- I’m a spirit born new creation.
- He will never leave nor forsake me.
- The Lord is omnipresent.
People seem to think they need someone else or two in the room to get God to actually show up!
False.
This verse, in context, is talking about how to deal with legal issues amongst believers. Christianeze has actually stolen one of the most powerful verses, because we misuse it!
EVERYTHING in the spirit realm is based on legality. Demonic uses legal charges (opened up by our unbelief) to invade, terrorize, and to steal, kill, destroy what’s rightfully ours.
Therefore. Grabbing a couple of strong believers to break off illegal witchcraft, curses, and all kinds of evil with PRAYER ….. is the most powerful and least understood application of this verse.
Truthfully. This verse is a huge key to deliverance!!!
When 2 or 3 gather as witness to one’s legal innocence, Jesus shows up to break off bondage!
