I always remind people that we are legally saved or justified with our hearts, not with our minds (Romans 10:10). Salvation comes from the sealed and sanctified heart, not from our intellectual thought.
When I tell people this, often they ask “then how do I know if I’m saved?”
Do you know if you love your dog?
Do you know if you love your child?
Do you know if you love your spouse?
Do you know if you love Jesus?
If the answer is yes, you are saved. And no demon in hell can take that from you. Ever.
Now. Do you know if you love your neighbor?
That’s the walking out part of our salvation. 😁
