If you are allowing false theology in your newsfeed, media, or podcasts - that needs to be cut off. Not necessarily the person(s), but the constant immersion into untruth.
Paul calls this untruth gangrene - it spreads quickly and destroys the body (of Christ) like a cancer.
I’ve had many friends who thought they could handle that bombardment - and they ended up hooked like a fish on a line.
And, rarely does one come back from this spirit of error. 1 John 4:6
In fact, I’ve even seen a bunch of people delivered from demonic oppression only ending up as a slave to the lies of hell. If he can’t occupy you, he will distract you.
With religious deconstruction, the gospel of grace has devolved into God does everything, we do nothing, no devil, no hell, no judgment, everyone is saved, no return of Christ, no surrender, no gifting, no discipleship, no growth of character, no obedience, and even no bible.
I see this stuff spreading rapidly, and it’s theft of call and fruit. That’s not the gospel the apostles died for.
