You were created in the image of God, you were NOT created in your OWN image. Think about that. Outside of seeing yourself as an extension of His image, YOUR view of yourself is 100% incorrect.
You weren’t made in your own likeness, you were made in the likeness of Jesus.
Yes, you were made in the exact image of Jesus, who Himself is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact imprint of His own nature (Hebrews 1:3).
Truly. We must pursue the transformation of our soul; our way of thinking; and our way of seeing and believing …. into the image (soul) of Christ.
As before the fall, your spirit is perfect, yet your soul or character is now being made perfect through this transformation.
