Has anyone ever sold a house and tried to throw in all the old furniture into the deal? You know, you toss in the old, junky furniture because you can make a few bucks or at very least you can save the hassle of hauling it away.
Well. If you don't want that stuff, what makes us think the new owner wants it?

God sealed your heart with Himself.
Marked you with His Holy Spirit.
Made you eternal through your own heart.
Made your heart bent towards His voice.
And made as The Sovereign of your heart - with sole ownership rights to all within it - is moving in to redecorate.
He made your heart His own - and He owns ALL the old furniture.

- Loss
- Grief
- Deep emotions
- Painful memories
And God desires to toss all that furniture into the furnace.
Yet. Some who gave the furniture away - weren't really ready to let it go.
