Folks, no matter what your favorite doomsday preacher says the “rapture” and the last day (or day of The Lord) are the SAME day.
Paul tells his Thessalonica peeps essentially “don’t worry about having missed the ‘rapture’ or upward call home because the last day hasn’t come yet.”
I can give many examples, but read this verse slowly.
“Now concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered together (AKA Raptured) to him, we ask you, brothers, NOT to be quickly shaken in mind or alarmed, either by a spirit or a spoken word, or a letter seeming to be from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come.”
2 Thessalonians 2:1-2
If you wake up tomorrow, and you are still here in the earth - it’s because the last day of His appearing in judgment hasn’t come.
