Kingdom Shakers

Alan Caplin has served as a public school counselor and educator since 1991. Raised in a Reform Jewish home on the East Coast, he clearly remembers not believing in God — even sneaking a radio into temple to listen to New York Giants games during services.

As a young adult, Alan began seeking the truth about sin and salvation — despite ridicule and rejection from his own community. More than 30 years later, with deep passion for Yeshua as the promised Messiah, he now boldly shares his faith with both Jew and Gentile.

With a unique background in counseling and education, Alan teaches the power of transformed thinking (Romans 12:2). He believes much of our bondage comes from faulty, worldly patterns of thought that keep us stuck in the natural. But we’ve been given the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16). We have risen with Him. We are new creations. We are no longer led by flesh, but by a Spirit-fused life in Him (Romans 8).

At the heart of Alan’s message is restoration — broken hearts healed, captives set free, prisoners released (Isaiah 61:1). The world is hard, yes. But many of our burdens are self-imposed because we lack a true picture of who we are in Christ. Like counseling itself, transformation requires desire. People must be willing to change.

True renewal only comes through the power of the Holy Spirit — illuminating truth, breaking lies, and strengthening believers to walk in their God-given authority. Freedom comes through truth (John 8:32). And freedom from fear, shame, pride, guilt, and self-condemnation is exactly what the Father desires for His sons and daughters.

Alan challenges believers to become “Kingdom thinkers” — led by the Spirit, not the flesh. When we think like Christ, we operate in authority. When we see life through the lens of the Spirit, we shake the kingdom of darkness.

Likewise, the Kingdom of God is not distant — it dwells within us (Luke 17:21). Every act of love, every moment of obedience, every step of Spirit-led boldness shakes the kingdom WITHIN us. Changed thinking leads to freedom. Freedom leads to fruit.

Alan believes we are entering a season where “Kingdom Shakers” — free from themselves and alive in Christ — will arise, shine, and boldly expand the Kingdom of God for His glory.

“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.” – Isaiah 60:1
