If satan were 100% powerless, and God in full control with HIS will always being done ... earth would look like it does in heaven.

God's will is for HIS PEOPLE to bring heaven THROUGH us to make earth look more like heaven.
If God's will were ALWAYS done, then He wouldn't ask us to partner with Him in prayer to accomplish that same will.
There is a god in this earth with an army of demonic prowess, and the greatest power darkness has is deception.

No, God isn't in full control. Yes. God is the supreme power of the universe, but God is not in 100% control over all that happens. He loves us too much to take away our free will, and free will is at the core of most our troubles.
Look. If God is fully in control ... then that means our loving God is choosing who suffers and who doesn't, who is healed and who isn't, who fail and who succeeds, and who is saved and who isn't. That means God WILLINGLY allows evil to touch our lives. That makes God bi-polar rather than an arbiter of justice.
The belief that God is fully in control makes people either angry at Him when bad things happen - or we become passive martyrs when things come at us that WE have control over! God didn't make your bad stuff happen, and God surely didn't make you a spiritual door mat!
Satan has manipulative or deceptive power ... and oh how does he love to tug on our will. Satan armed with this power of deception isn't fully defeated until the back of the book ... but far too many believers stand defeated before they get out of bed in the morning.
God isn't sending you trouble, but GOD will make it ALL benefit the kingdom in the spiritual realm. Romans 5:1; Romans 8:18; Romans 8:28; James 1:4.
