Yes. Yep. The unsaved can heal and kick out demons.
Jesus says He will tell “false agents of the gospel” to depart from Him, that He never knew them.
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’ Matthew 7:21-23
These are people who do works in their own name for self gain cloaked in the name of Jesus - and see the people they help as trophies or notches on a bedpost.
They aren’t healing or prophesying by The Holy Spirit - but rather by a demonic spirit. Check out the Seven Sons of Sceva in Acts 19. These were Jewish exorcists - yes, that were driving out demons for a PROFIT long BEFORE Jesus began His ministry.
Yes. Even the unsaved can drive out demons and heal. Usually it is to cast out demonic, to let MORE demonic in and leave the person worse off than before.
This is what Jesus was literally referring to when talking with the Pharisees about a kingdom being divided. He was accusing the leaders of their own Jewish exorcists - and Jesus was saying your kingdom is divided because of Satan and will fall.
Once the Seven Sons of Sceva (who practiced magic to remove demons) invoked the name of Jesus to work their own evil, the demons beat on them stripping them naked and bloodying them.

Yep. A kingdom divided against itself falls.
Jesus knew the thoughts of the Pharisees and said to them: “Any kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and a house divided against itself will fall. 18 If Satan is divided against himself, how can his kingdom stand? I say this because you claim that I drive out demons by Beelzebul. 19 Now if I drive out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do ?? ? your followers drive them out? So then, they will be your judges. 20 But if I drive out demons by the finger of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. Luke 11:17-20
Sons don’t heal for a profit, they heal others because they gain the inheritance of the kingdom. In fact, sons who rebuke demons - will never be scathed. Simply put. The words "depart from me" are only scary if you're not His. There is no fear in love!
